Government contracts and appointments are only available to individuals who voted for the Kenya Kwanza government, according to deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.
Gachagua claims that the Kenya Kwanza government will give the least consideration to members of the opposition and reward its ardent followers and those who worked hard to install the current government.

Speaking in Kericho, Gachagua remarked that it is absurd that some opposition figures have begun showing up at State House in search of seats in the government.
The administration will serve all Kenyans, he claimed, but it is wise, just, and rational to reward its supporters with positions in the government.
“Some are criticizing me for suggesting that the first to reap are the ones who sowed, but this is incorrect.
When those who sowed have done reaping, their turn will come to reap in what is left over, according to Gachagua.
Gachagua argued that people who cast their ballots in a different direction needed to learn a lesson about elections.
The importance of elections.
When Ruto wins, you cannot make noise by criticizing him, then go ahead of people who were with him in line to receive advantages.
Gachagua declared himself to be the protector of the White House and that he would make sure that anyone who did not support Kenya Kwanza was barred from holding any high-ranking positions in the government.
He continued, “Controlling that line and choosing who gets to go first is my job at State House.
